STR:
1. Using NVDA and Firefox on Windows, go to http://json-schema.org/example/calendar.json.
2. Tab through the UI until you get to the tree view.

Expected: NVDA should emit a typing sound, and you should then be able to navigate the tree using arrow keys.
Actual: Focus lands on the tree view, NVDA speaks it, but you cannot navigate.

4. Shift-tab until you land on the tab strip.
5. Press RightArrow to switch to Raw Data.
6. Press LeftArrow to go to JSON tree again.
7. Tab forward until you land on the tree view.

Result: Now, NVDA emits the typing sound, indicating that it is in focus mode, and you can navigate the tree using arrow keys.
