I'm seeing a pattern of advertisements that show up as soon as I mouse up to the addressbar or tab to change pages or close the tab. It's user hostile and I wonder if we could block sites from knowing that the user has moused out of the content area.
To test this, visit http://money.cnn.com/2018/03/07/investing/brexit-financial-industry/index.html and scroll down the page a ways then move your mouse pointer up to the tab as if you were going to close the tab. Notice the big ad that shows up.
Tested with latest nightly build on Windows.
Mass-removing myself from cc; search for 12b9dfe4-ece3-40dc-8d23-60e179f64ac1 or any reasonable part thereof, to mass-delete these notifications (and sorry!)
