Details

Let's track our prereqs for moving to requiring (at least some version of) MSVC 2017.
Are there any blockers for this? I'm not entirely sure who all the stakeholders are.

I believe we build with vs2017 in CI already. On the technical side, is it just updating docs at this point?

I'm actually running a patch through Try for this right now. Was going to land it as part of bug 1424281 eventually (hopefully next week).
