From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051006 (RC2) I remember I've noticed as in some 0.9.x releases I could apply a new theme without restarting Mozilla. Why is it no longer possible? I think this would be very useful, especially for testing new themes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: nothing to reproduce :-)
