Steps to reproduce:

1.local HTML5 file
2.F12
3.console
4.make changes to source by commenting out 2 scripts and saving file 8x
5.F5


Actual results:

old js files are listed.



Expected results:

should have showed new html5 file content in console and debugf1ger

did you know HTML 5.1-5.2 might be patent and requires a patent lawyer and patent search to use it? might be $100000 to search.

This sounds like it could be fixed by bug 1248498.  Jim, could try downloading Nightly[1] and recheck to see if the issue occurs there?
