We're getting this import time failure with the hgmo extension against Mercurial 4.6 development tip: hgext/hgmo: 'module' object has no attribute 'abstractserverproto' This is due to upstream changes moving the module where `abstractserverproto` is defined. The class was also possibly renamed.
