Steps to reproduce:
Global search doesn't work very well. Any way to rework this feature? No string can be 100% found but via classic search it was great..? Why?
1) i think that global search works only for messages in the plain text not HTML.

I don't think we can action this unless you're more specific. No work on Gloda (global search) planned so far.
Summary: Global search → Global search not working reliably
Quick filter works great. Why does Global search has other algorithm?

Yes, Gloda (global search) is completely different. It tokenises and does all sorts of magic stuff. Search and filter are the same, just different user interface.
ok I understand. But a search that will not find anything .... ;-) Quick filter much better and more functional solution.

Jorg is quite correct. The two searches are not comparable. For the global search issue see https://mzl.la/2HK1Xe8 of which bug 523183 is perhaps most applicable
