Steps to reproduce:

Installed the nightly
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/nightly/latest-comm-central/



Actual results:

The app started and behaved correctly, next day (obviously after the current version was downloaded and tried to update itself), the icon in dock displays as faded out with a "denied" sign - saying the app is corrupted


Expected results:

The app should've updated itself correctly to the current daily build.
