For post-Moz 1.0 we need an aditional arg in the PrintPreview call for
inidcating which child DOMWin (frameset frame) we want to PP.

This simply adds a new arg to the PP call. The new arg is not being used, it is
for future and is needed for the API freeze.

I changed only what I had to to get it to compile and run with the new arg.

please land on the 1.0.1 branch. once there, remove the "mozilla1.0.1+" keyword,
and add the "fixed1.0.1" keyword.
