Steps to reproduce:
I created a container around a select box and styled the :active:after element of the container.
Example:

Actual results:
The select closes immediately
Expected results:
The select should at least stay open

Disabling e10s fixes the problem.

So, this is kind of a mix between bug 1440506, and the fact that we reframe the whole element when the ::after `content` property changes...
