Example: https://codepen.io/bastianjoel/pen/EEwpaM Actual results: The select closes immediately Expected results: The select should at least stay open
Disabling e10s fixes the problem.

So, this is kind of a mix between bug 1440506, and the fact that we reframe the whole element when the ::after `content` property changes...
