Details
In the widely used Abobe Acrobat reader, when the user in viewing a PDF they
have the ability to scroll vertically by gripping the document with the hand
cursor, and physically moving their mouse backwards and forwards. This style of
scrolling works well and is precise, and is great if the user does not have a
scroll wheel on their mouse.
This feature would be great if implimented in Mozilla.
