User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180327220126 Steps to reproduce: Win10 webrender enabled nightly 20180327220126, go to a webpage and drag the scrollbar. Actual results: The scrollbar jumps, as if the scroll point isn't centered on where you clicked, so it readjusts itself once you move the mouse up or down. I've attached a gif of the issue. Expected results: It shouldn't be jumping like that. Strangely enough, it doesn't seem to jump on some about: pages. Mozregression pointed to bug #1423370.
