Separators invisible on dark theme
Using latest Nightly. Not sure if this is a regression or not as I haven't really used Dark theme before.
Fixed now on latest Nightly.

No, only the hover/active states bits got uplifted. The part involving --panel-separator-color was left out, because it depends on bug 1417883 (which won't be uplifted).
