Steps to reproduce:

- Have a Dual Screen or more
- Set Firefox window on any screen which is not the primary
- Go to a website which send Web Notifications ( http://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html for test)
- Receive a notification


Actual results:

The notification is displayed on the main screen


Expected results:

The notification should be displayed on screen where firefox is displayed.

I can reproduce this issue on my machine Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0

This will be resolved by bug 1155505 because then it will no longer be our responsibility.

I can reproduce this on Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0 on Fedora 29 ( Linux 4.20.15-200.fc29.x86_64 ). I have tested with a clean profile on a restarted firefox.

It is also related to bug 888650 ( I am using KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5 ).
