At http://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/ there is a column of links on the left in the form
http:/XXXXX where XXXXX is a page in the site.
Clicking on the link should take you to http://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/XXXXX.
It works properly in Netscape 4.7. 6.2, takes you to a search page. Mozilla
tries to look up the site XXXXX as though it were a complete URL.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/
2. Click on a link in the left column
3. Curse the not found message
Actual Results: Message saying "Not found"
Expected Results: Display page at http://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/XXXXX
