From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; de-AT; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051006 I use Mozilla 1.0RC2 with Windows ME, the mail-application is in 3-pane-view. I have a mail with lots of To-Adresses. By default the headers are shortened and I see only the first line of all the recipients. When I click on the cross left of the to-adresses the headerpart of the mail enlarge. In this case the pane for the mail is smaller than all the headers, so Mozilla enlarge the mail-pane. After clicking on the minus to hide the long list of recipients the pane is resized but the content of the pane is not redrawn / repainted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Mail in 3-pane-view 2. choose a mail with lots of to-adresses. 3. enlarge to-headers by clicking on cross left of the to: 4. mailpane is too small for all the adresses so the pane enlarges 5. click on the "-" left of to: to hide the adresses Actual Results: now the pane gets again the original size but the mailcontent isn't shown, there are still the adresses from the old view instead of the mailbody. Expected Results: Mozilla should show the mailbody again. I can provide you with an example email or screenshots or additional information on the system if desired.
Sorry, I wasn't able to reproduce the reported bug today. As I had other redraw/paint-problems with Mozilla, there are 2 possible reason for this: 1) a bug in the display driver 2) Mozilla has a general problem with redraws

Screenshots, please. pi

1) I click the triangle to see the full header 2) I click the triangle to make the header disappear 3) but the header-information is still there 4) after marking the hidden message (body) you can see the message (body)
I have uploaded a screenshot (I have nearly the same problem)
