(From emails from Susie Wyshak; I confirmed on commercial trunk build 2002051608, and I assume this affects Moz build as well): I'm on an 800x600 screen. When I click Help in Preferences the screen pops up so high and to the right that I have to CTRL ALT DEL out of Netscape to get rid of the help screen. [I just realized I can right click and pick Close from my window thingy at the bottom of the screen. But I normally use the X on a window which is why that didn't occur to me.] I haven't filed a bug but I can see this affecting many users.
We should try to fix this for RTM. Marking accordingly, with adt2 rtm impact. Are there any platform differences? Ian, can we specify default size? When Help is clicked from the Prefs dialogs, the problem occurs, but not when Help is chosen from the menu---though I don't know what the default is in the latter case. When Help is chosen from the menu, the size of the window upon closing is remembered, within and across sessions. So I don't know if I adjusted the size initially. But the size does not appear to be remembered within or across sessions when the Help button is clicked---the window always opens up to a big size, which can potentially cause usability problems.

Marking as a DUPE of 117048. I can update the Help window size for RTM. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 117048 ***
