Details

We don't currently have build machinery for a `HOST_SHARED_LIBRARY`, but we currently have a pile of hacks to build our clang plugin as such: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/a1fb8ffae378963b128deaaf3a76eff9dbb6be21/build/clang-plugin/Makefile.in Actually supporting this case seems like it'd make things simpler for that.
