Details

If QuickLaunch is running, only the first attempt to launch mozilla from it's icon works. Disabling quicklaunch fixes this issue.

Yup, esp. see comment #8, but note this is not just 'broken till reboot', but 'completly broken' - retitle or make a dup of this bug ? RC1 was fine on my PC, btw.
