Details

Steps:
1) Start CCK and from "Welcome to CCK Wizard!" screen click the NEXT button
2) In the Error message, click the OKAY button.
3) Click the NEXT button again and you can proceed through the wizard without
actually creating/selecting a configuration.

Actual Results: Clicking on NEXT button lets you into the wizard without
creating a configuration

Expected Results: Next button should not be enabled until a configuration has
been selected or created.
