Details
Currently if a stale lock file exists on a profile, the only way to override
seems to be deleting it by hands. While in some cases Mozilla should probably be
smart enough to notice that the lock file is stale (I've filed bug 145362 for
that), in some cases it would be nice if Mozilla gave user a chance to override
it through the Profile Manager FE. E.g., in the message that says that profile
is in use, a "use it anyway" option would be appreciated. Of course, that option
whould come with a big warning message explaining the risks...
