About this fail I did some retriggers to find where it originated and this is what I've found http://tinyurl.com/ydxrzvhp 
Until the push from James this test failed as 
TEST-UNEXPECTED-CRASH | /eventsource/dedicated-worker/eventsource-close2.htm | expected OK - failure log http://tinyurl.com/y962gxld 
After this push http://tinyurl.com/ycbfv24o the failures turned into 
TEST-UNEXPECTED-OK | /eventsource/dedicated-worker/eventsource-close2.htm | expected CRASH - failure log http://tinyurl.com/y77gcark and continues like this until now. 
Meanwhile the assertion was fixed by this http://tinyurl.com/ycsjuu93 but this keeps on failing a lot (21 times from 30 on the push that started this). This is the merge that fixed the assertion http://tinyurl.com/y8z2cwah.
James, could you please take a look at this and see if you have the time to fix it? Thank you.

We should not need this file. I have pushed this patch to see the result, but, in general, we should not crash and this should not be a intermittent failure.
