Platform:SunOS volleyball 5.9 s81_51 sun4u Sparc SUNW,Sun_Blade_100 Build:Mozilla/5.0(X11;U;SunOS sun4u;en_US;rv:1.0.0+)Gecko/20020516 Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start the application. 2.Put the mouse on one icon. Expected Result: There is an explication displaying at the right corner. Actual Result: The explication is not text but a black column.

Because of bug 140698 , I added a workaround in the testing build Jessie is using, it leads to black tooltips. sp mark it as duplicate *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 140698 ***
