Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start the application.
2.Put the mouse on one icon.

Expected Result:
There is an explication displaying at the right corner.

Actual Result:
The explication is not text but a black column.

Because of bug 140698 , I added a workaround in the testing build Jessie is
using, it leads to black tooltips.
