145613 - category names are cut off when two categories are expanded

The tabs in the preferences menu behaves oddly.

When Advanced is open, it makes the list so long a scroll bar is required. So
the scroll bar sits on top of some of the item's in the list. So the "Software
Installation" is covered everytime, because its simply too big for the allocated
area. Making it bigger would do the trick.

Also, with "priacy & security" open and then I open the advanced tab, the same
thing happens to "Master Password".

This also happens in various combinations to make it big enough for the scroll
bar then covers up the text.

This seems to *only* happen in windows. On my linux machine, its fine. Although
it is only running 0.9.9.... Its definetly looks like an windows thing. The text
is there, just its being covered up.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to menu edit
2. Select Prefences
3. Open up one of the tabs (+) (advanced)
4. See the cut off "Software Installation"

Actual Results:  The text is covered up

Expected Results:  It shouldn't be covered up. 

Shouldn't be like this. Esp sence we are about to go 1.0, should have an obvious
user interface bug fixed.
