I think we ended up finding a solution before I could get this loaner set-up to run the cpstartup test.

Hi riman, sorry if you've already started to go through this, but I've (happily) managed to find a machine in the office here locally where I can reproduce the issue, so I don't require the loaner anymore. Please throw it back into the pool. :)

Seems like there is nothing to be reimaged. Talked with :riman and we need docs for such loaners.
