Details

When restarted automatically on OS X (via the "Reopen windows when logging back in" option), we should restore the user's session even if the restore session option is not set. Bug 603903 part 2 does this for Windows, we should use some of the same mechanism here. See bug 603903 comment 37 for how the auto-restart situation can be detected.
This may be a dupe of bug 1326181 (and possibly an older bug that I can't find).
