When I resize in print preview, the size of the scrollbar also changes size, and
starts looking pretty ugly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page in print preview
2. Turn off Shrink To Fit Page With
3. Resize the page

Actual Results:  Scrollbar changes size

Expected Results:  The size of the scrollbar should be the same as when normal
browsing.
works for me [Mozilla 2002051908 (trunk), Windows 2000]
