User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180503143129 Steps to reproduce: Upgraded to FF 60.0 , then Opened Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data. Actual results: There is no way to manage my Cookie data, it just says "Calculating site data and cache size" and never finishes, and my options there are greyed out. The only work around I've found is to copy/paste this "chrome://browser/content/preferences/cookies.xul" into the address bar. https://i.imgur.com/xtxLsDn.png Expected results: I'm guessing this "Calculating site data and cache size" finishes, and there is an button there that takes me to this page? "chrome://browser/content/preferences/cookies.xul"
So I solved my issue here with a little troubleshooting of my own, and it was because of the "about:config" preference "browser.cache.offline.enable" when set to "false" I was getting my issue above, but when set to "true" it works. This may still be a bug though, as it shouldn't block you from managing cookies.
(In reply to mr_whassup from comment #0) > copy/paste this "chrome://browser/content/preferences/cookies.xul" into the address bar. Gone in Firefox 61.
