Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180503143129 Steps to reproduce: Several tabs, some of which are pinned. 1. Switch to a pinned tab. 2. Press Ctrl+W Actual results: Firefox switches to a not pinned tab and immediately closes it. Expected results: a) Ignore Ctrl+W on a pinned tab, OR b) Close the active (pinned) tab.
UPD: Not reprodicuble after the browser restart. When pressing Ctrl+W on a pinned tab now, Firefox switches to the nearest not pinned tab, but DOES NOT close it.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 20180510160705 (In reply to Eldar from comment #1) > Not reprodicuble after the browser restart. I can't reproduce this either. This should probably be closed as WORKSFORME unless the issue resurfaces. > When pressing Ctrl+W on a pinned tab now, Firefox switches to the nearest not pinned tab, but DOES NOT close it. Intentional behavior introduced in bug 1420601.
