Moving back to the correct component. We need to have the regular Repository Account bug on file, and then we create the one for Infra | MOC when we have all the information. Lisa needs to agree to the Commit access requirements document in this bug first: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/requirements/.

We need a module owner to vouch for L2, but I think we are good with bhearsum vouching. I will create the account bug in a moment.
