The preferences window is broken and displays
<treecell url="chrome://pippki/content/pref-masterpass.xul"

in large red characters at the bottom of the window. The last option (by
default, window opens on Navigator so it's: "Select the buttons...." is
inaccessible. Other options chosen from the Category list are similarly broken.

Reporter: do you still see this bug with a recent build of mozilla?
If not, please resolve this bug. Thanks.
It works for me with build 2002081804 on Win2k.

The reporter told me by email: "Yes, the fault is resolved in Mozilla 1.0",
but won't close the bug himself.
So please someone with the appropriate rights resolve this bug as WFM. Thanks.
