Steps to Reproduce Screen capture- https://testing-1.tinytake.com/sf/MjU5NzE5MF83ODE1OTQz 1. Launch Firefox 2. Open https://www.s-config.com/core/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Ukidig.ogv Expected Result - The video is successfully started Actual Result Only audio is played back until skipping forward/ backward on the progress bar Regression range: Last good revision: 84a58eb9d35b2457426421f0e95f5aa23f9c9e3c First bad revision: 0aa40cfa600ac0bbd1f93250a293ef65c4addd71 Pushlog: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=84a58eb9d35b2457426421f0e95f5aa23f9c9e3c&tochange=0aa40cfa600ac0bbd1f93250a293ef65c4addd71
It is reproducible on Windows -10 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04, not OSX 10.13.
