Steps to reproduce:

Opened Firefox in 1st screen. Then I moved it to my another screen (Ultrawide). 
I use theme Quantum by mart3II. Using firefox nightly 62.0a1.


Actual results:

Background for the theme was not properly resized.


Expected results:

Background should be properly resized. When I reapply theme, it works good.

Hi,

I've tried to reproduce the issue mentioned above but without success. 
I've tried with the latest Nightly 62.0a1 Build ID:20180523100147 on Win10 x64.

Could you try and reproduce the issue using the same theme and another one as well (to see if other themes are affected). If you manage to reproduce the issue, could you attach us a screen recording (you can use this app for screen recording https://www.screenpresso.com/)?

I replicated issue on my computer @ job. 

@home I have 25" (2560x1080px) + 24" (1920x1200px) screen.
@job I have 27" 4k + 22" 1650x1050)

That's the same regression range as bug 1446762's, so that's supposed to be fixed by that bug and its followups...

Also seeing this currently, same regression range. I just started using a theme.
