This is the tracking bug for migrating SeaMonkey off SCL3 to the new infrastructure.

We've pretty much migrated all the SCL3 parts to the new infra. Closing.

Now due to the fact that I'm totally blind, and use a screenreader on my PC's, what's infrastructure, I'm curious to know and learn about this stuff, because eventualy, I want to learn the code to develop Firefox and thunderbird, as well as SeaMonkey.
