Details

The inactive bugs change touched a lot of bugs we still care about to plan our future work, I'd like for any bugs where I'm the triage owner and that have a P1, P2, P3 priority set to be reverted to NEW. I will keep triaging the other ones manually. Also, in the future please don't automatically resolve prioritized bugs in the components I triage, those bugs have already been evaluated through a long triaging work. In the components I triage I'm ok automatically resolving bugs that are not P1, P2, P3... though probably the 1 year limit is too strict, 2 years seems to be more proper.
Duping over to the bug for the undo script that completed this morning.
