146476 - Notification of dependency bugs should include link to original bug

When I get the following email: 
This bug depends on bug 3271, which changed state:

         Resolution|FIXED                       |
It should also link or provide a link to the original bug which has changed
states. Currently it provides a link only to the bug that was watching the other
bug. (bug 2363 in this case)

Are you really reporting this bug against bugzilla version 2.10? (The current
state of the art is 2.16rc1, see http://www.bugzilla.org ...) In this case, it's
probably a duplicate of bug 28736 ('Include bug summary in "dependency changed"
mail') which is fixed since end of August 2001.

Apparently we're running version 2.14, and this was fixed in 2.14+...
Marking as duplicate (but I did look first! :) )

Reopening, this is not a dupe, at least of that bug.  I thought it was a dupe of
something else but I can't find it.

That bug is about adding a summary not a URL.  A quick lookat a dependency
status changed mail shows no URL.

OK, while that bug is fixed on bmo, this one isn't, but it is fixed in CVS.

clearing target in DUPLICATE/WORKSFORME/INVALID/WONTFIX bugs so they'll show up
as untriaged if they get reopened.
