Steps to reproduce:

I scale a div wich contains a div with a border. (see codepen: https://codepen.io/anon/pen/PaWYRO)


Actual results:

The div looked bad compared to chrome.
Only 2 borders are shown


Expected results:

It should look similar to chrome

I manage to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.12 with the latest FF  62.0a1. Please note that different results were displayed after zoom in / out.
