Steps to reproduce:

openSUSE Linux Leap 15, Thunderbird 60b7, Enigmail 2.0.6.1, gnupg 2.2.8
Pressing the Menu button - Enigmail - Key Management 


Actual results:

It crashes Thunderbird immediately.

Also crashes on Win10.

The crash is 100% reproducible here.


Expected results:

It shouldn't crash.
Likely same as bug 1423895. We are waiting for progress on that issue.

I have released Enigmail 2.0.7. I implemented a workaround for bug 1424861 which reduces the possibility for such crashes a lot (but not entirely).

So far no more crashes with Enigmail 2.0.7.
