enigmail build date: 2018-06-24, version: 2.1a1pre
Since the TB update from 06-23 to 06-24 any new inbound emails are showing white/blank, this is in a pane or standalone window.
Stored messages that arrived prior to the update are still rendering as expected.
Disabling enigmail renders new message as expected.
Prior to TB 06-24 the issue was not present.
enigmail 2.0.7 could not be tested as being incompatible with this version of TB
From the console:
TypeError: uri.QueryInterface(...).clone is not a function[Learn More] mimeVerify.jsm:182:22
Forgot to mention - it does not matter whether the message are plain text or html or signed or un/encrypted.

You need to report Enigmail bugs to the Enigmail author.
Yes, M-C removed nsIURI.clone and TB followed in bug 1470046.
