I'd like to be able to sort all the columns in the call stack. Chrome has this functionality.

Hey Dave,
We're more interested in your use cases: what are you trying to achieve by sorting?
If you want to sort by selftime, you can achieve a similar result by looking at the inverted tree, accessible from the top right small "settings" menu.

I believe that this report is related to the old DevTools Profiler.
The Performance panel now points to the new Firefox profiler available at profiler.firefox.com
