Mozilla rc3 Linux 2.4.18

Observed:
When moving the mouse over a link, the link target shows up in the
status bar. When moving over an entry in the personal toolbar bookmarks
menu, the link target of the entry the mouse is over is not shown in 
the status bar.

Expected: The link should show up in the status bar.

Wrong resolution ! It's a dup of 23460, this one does not
deal with MySideBar.
