When viewing the source ("View Page Source") of the above URL, the right arrow
button on the horizontal scrollbar is hidden behind the resize box.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.faithandvalues.com/channels/webcast.asp
2. View the source for the middle left frame (the streaming Windows Media box)

Actual Results:  The right arrow button on the horizontal scrollbar is hidden
behind the resize box.

Expected Results:  The button should be visible and to the left of the resize box.
WorksForMe using Mac/2002072203. jondarien@hotmail.com, is this problem still reproducible 
using a current build? If so, can you reproduce this problem using a new Mozilla user profile? 
Can you attach a screenshot?
