Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0
Build ID: 20180621125625
Steps to reproduce:
I went into about:preferences, because it was supposed to have accessibility options I'd missed:
See here https://www.accessfirefox.org/Firefox_Accessibility_Features.php#JavaScript
Actual results:
I have a hard time navigating about:preferences, because I can't use the "page up" and "page down" buttons.
I can't find the specified preferences.
Expected results:
... users should be able to use their preferred navigation toos, potentially including the "page up" and "page down" buttons.

The page you linked to is grossly outdated. Bug 851702 removed the JavaScript option all the way back in Firefox 23. You can enter about:config into the address bar and then set the javascript.enabled preference to false.

I thought I'd posted something similar, and searched for it, but can't find it.
People still reference access firefox for help with accessibility problems.
