When writing an e-mail one can't attach a whole folder. The folder always opens up.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open  an e-mail previously saved in Draft
2. File -> Attach File
3. try to attach a whole folder, like a saved HTML page

Actual Results:  The folder open an one has to attach _the contents inside the
folder_ (versus simply attaching the whole folder) one-by-one.

Expected Results:  Attach a whole folder without opening it, unless if doule-clicked
