1473260 - Remove "link-visited" observer notifications from Firefox for Android's history

In bug 1419704 I am removing the last "link-visited" notifications from the main history implementation as they are no longer used.

The remaining instances are mobile/android only, and appear to be used only for tests:

Hence it may be possible to remove the notifications if the tests can work in other ways.
