User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180605171542 Steps to reproduce: 1) Forward mails from account O, which sits on an outlook server, on the server side to account B. 2) Tried to reply all mails by template on account B Actual results: All mails but the mails forwarded from account O are answered. Expected results: All mails should be answered.
Ancient old story. You CANNOT auto-reply to messages if no identity is set up for the recipient. Read the long story in bug 1334980.
