Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Build ID: 20180710074717
Steps to reproduce:
On a system with multiple physical screens, open two Firefox windows, and move them to different monitors.
Go to ‘Customize…’ and toggle ‘Title Bar’.
Actual results:
The window on the other screen suddenly jumps to being on the same screen as the one you're interacting with.
Expected results:
Windows should stay where they are when having their title bars added or removed, and not jump between monitors.
Summary: Toggling title bar moves all windows to current monitor → Toggling ‘Title Bar’ checkbox moves all windows to current monitor

This is Linux-specific, I'm pretty sure, or we would have heard/noticed before now (the Linux implementation is relatively new, the others have been around for years and haven't changed recently).
Component: Toolbars and Customization → Widget: Gtk
OS: Unspecified → Linux
Product: Firefox → Core

I certainly experienced the bug on Linux. I don't have access to multiple-screen system for other platforms to check either way.
