Please reference the code that you had to comment out to get the local build to run, as this may be related.

This happens even without commenting out the code. (run with -p and click on "Create profile" to reproduce).

To be clear, bug 1475654 doesn't affect the profile picker, so it can still be launched.

I think this was fixed by the patch from bug 1491445 comment 4.
