If you have local folders selected you can not receive all emails by pressing
ctrl-shift-t. So you allways have to select one of the accounts first...

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select local folders
2.try to receive all emails by pressing ctrl-shift-t
3.

Actual Results:  no emails received

Expected Results:  receive emails from all accounts
