1. Image: Right click > Save Image as > Save
2. Downloads panel > Right click > Clear preview panel. (In older versions: Maybe you saw already here an empty misplaced panel for a part of a second. This was broken first. Seemed intermittent.)
3. Image: Right click > Save Image as > Replace File
4. Click on the Downloads icon: The Downloads panel is misplaced (bug).
5. Now it's misplaced everytime I click on the Downloads icon until I resize the window a bit.

I can't reproduce on Win10, so it might be about Gtk3?

This might be a variant of bug 1269786, but with working STR.

I can't reproduce with  Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 ID:20180717100216 on Ubuntu 18.04

STR from comment 1 is still perfectly reproducible with a recently installed Debian Testing on a Macbook.
